Terms of use
These terms cover use of the NOD RENT website and submission of a request. A rental agreement is concluded separately and only after written confirmation.

Submitting the form records an enquiry. Vehicle availability, final price, deposit, permitted use and the contracting entity are confirmed in the quote before acceptance or payment.
2. Driver eligibility
Rental may require a valid driving licence, identity documents, age and experience checks, plus any conditions stated in the quote or agreement.
3. Territory
Use outside Romania requires prior written approval from NOD RENT and confirmation of insurance and documents for the declared route.
4. Price, deposit and payment
Website estimates are indicative. Final amounts, currency, deposit and cash or bank-transfer arrangements are set out in the applicable quote and agreement.
5. Collection, condition and return
Vehicle condition is recorded at collection through an inventory and photographs. Use, fuel, delay, cleaning and damage obligations are governed by the accepted agreement.
6. Cancellation and liability
Cancellation, additional charges and liability limits are disclosed before the booking becomes firm. Availability is not guaranteed until written confirmation.
